What VoiceMyna does
Speak naturally and get clean, correctly-formatted written text — in the VoiceMyna app, or in any app via the VoiceMyna keyboard. It fixes filler words and run-ons, formats lists and paragraphs, can translate as you speak, and lets you pick the tone (Casual / Neutral / Formal). Everything runs on your device.
Setting up the keyboard
- Open Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard… and choose VoiceMyna.
- Tap the new VoiceMyna entry and enable Allow Full Access. This is only used to hand the finished text from the app to the keyboard on your device — the keyboard never uses the network. (Details)
- In any app, hold the globe key and pick VoiceMyna, then tap the mic.
Good to know
- Translation and “Apple Intelligence” clean-up need an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro or later with Apple Intelligence enabled). On other devices, dictation and rule-based clean-up still work fully.
- The first dictation in a new language may download an on-device speech model — give it a moment.
- iOS shows an orange microphone indicator while you dictate. That's the system working as intended.
